| We carry out advanced thermography condition monitoring. Using thermography we can monitor the condition of your equipment, and look for subtle changes over time, these changes in temperature levels and in the thermal profiles can indicated a change in the condition of the equipment. Thermography works very well hand in hand with other techniques, and can enhance the understanding of what is happening with your equipment.
Our Thermography system is state of art and allows us to capture images at a rate of up to 60 per second, this allows us to analyse high speed processes and fast changing thermal patterns. This is very specialised advanced thermography and something that we specialise in. There are few consultancies in Europe with this level of capiability.
We are proud to be able to offer a complete range of condition monitoring services, in association with Predictive Maintainance. If you have any requirements for laser alignment, machine balancing, or vibration analysis, please contact us by email.
Hiring a company with out of calibration equipment puts YOU at risk. YOU risk losing YOUR ISO accreditation, YOU end up with inaccurate data that WONT stand up to scrutiny , YOU even risk insurance companies not paying out in the event of a claim. We have our infrared equipment calibrated in accordance to the manufacturer's recommendations; this is something FEW other companies do. Our Thermography stands up to scrutiny, giving you the level of service that you deserve.
It is the end users responsibility to ensure the contractor they employ is certified to ISO standards, and uses suitable equipment that is regularly calibrated.
Our analysis software is updated regularly; we currently use Flir systems Reporter 8.3, Researcher 2.8 SR3 and Image builder 5. Using a selection of software allows us to create individual reports far in advance of our competitors. This guarantees you the highest level of service available in the industry today.
